Kachin State
MYITKYINA
Myitkyina is the capital city of Kachin State in Myanmar, located 1,480 km (920 miles) from Yangon, and 785 km (488 miles) from Mandalay. Temperatures are warm throughout the year, although the winter months (December–February) are milder. There are the winter dry season (November–April) and summer wet season (May–October).

KHONUMTUNG NATMATAUNG

The hornbill is one of the most famous birds found in the forests of Matupi township.
